We want you to love your fragrance. If something isn’t right, we’ll help you resolve it quickly.

Eligibility

Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened or used decants, atomisers, and discovery vials cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

How to return

  1. Email support with your order number and reason for return
  2. Receive return instructions and pickup or drop-off details
  3. Pack items securely in original outer packaging
  4. Refund processed within 5–7 business days after inspection

Refunds

Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method. COD orders receive a bank transfer or UPI refund after verification.
